With nearly three decades of international experience, I have led technology and transformation work across industries, cultures and complex operating environments. I start by understanding what is preventing progress. Sometimes it is the strategy; often it is the way decisions, responsibilities and teams fit together. I ask direct questions, make difficult issues discussable and stay close to the work.
You can expect honest advice, a willingness to take responsibility and practical support for the people doing the delivery. My aim is to leave your organisation better able to move forward, with the capability to sustain the change. That perspective informs Human One, my work exploring what AI means for people and organisations, and the choices leaders need to make as both change.

Oliver Kate is a tribute to my father and to the curiosity, strength and love of learning he helped instil in me. Learning has always mattered to me: understanding more, questioning my own thinking and finding a better way forward.
With nearly three decades of experience comes an obligation to use it responsibly. I believe in owning my decisions, looking honestly at what worked and what did not, and changing my approach so that lessons become better judgement.
Accountability includes what I do differently next time.
Raising a family on my own has deepened my understanding of responsibility, perseverance and the importance of support. I bring that understanding into my work: listening carefully, challenging thoughtfully and following through.
I want my contribution to leave people and organisations stronger, with greater confidence, clearer decisions and the ability to keep moving forward. That is the positive impact I work towards.
